Fuel injection pump is also known as high pressure pump. It is the most important part of the fuel system. The function of the fuel injection pump is to improve the fuel pressure and inject a certain amount of fuel into the combustion chamber at an accurate time according to the requirements of diesel engine working conditions.
The working principle is to drain the oil after the oil is absorbed by the oil pump, which is mainly divided into the oil suction stroke, the oil return stroke and the oil pump stroke. It sucks the fuel from the oil inlet and presses the fuel into the fuel system from the oil outlet. After the oil pump is closed, the outlet is closed, which can prevent the fuel from flowing back to the oil tank.

The pump body, front cover and rear cover are made of carbon steel, and the gears and thrust plates are made of alloy structural steel. After special heat treatment, the hardness and wear resistance of each part are greatly improved.
